Shannon Houchin from Roadside Republic turned her life around with a simple roadside peach stand, and now she teaches people to do the same. She helped her community and felt proud—all with fresh, local produce. Shannon works with students and families so they can pay for college by selling peaches. Today, she has 100 roadside peach stands with over 200 workers across 3 states and her son, Finn, who grew up selling peaches, is her business partner.
